Why when we had nothing to loose did we still sit way too deep in our own half.It says everything you need to know about this manager. He is a f***in idiot.

Ya imagine Phil Babb to be the first ex-Liverpool player critising Hodgson.

He was using reverse psychology, going for the draw at home and not the win really threw Utrecht of balance...That's what 35 years of Scandinavian experience teaches..."keep them off-guard"

The kids arent going to learn playing alongside the likes of Poulson. For the kids to progress they need to train and play alongside the best. Look at Shelvey. He was showing Poulson how it should be done tonight. How does that help him develop. Dani started brightly, but had no assistance. These players would thrive beside our best

That game was rather pants, it only started to liven up around the 70th minute. I like Jova's run and his determination, he should be played more. Cole was frustrated and i couldn't blame him; Ecclestone was useless and Babel had awful touch. Dani Pacheco really stood out for me when he came on, he worked hard, linked well, was calm and actually wanted to pass the ball forward. Wilson i thought handled himself well, wouldn't be too worried with him covering in defence. Shelvey did decent would of liked to seen more passes forward. Aurelio must replace Konchesky. For me Pacheco, Jova and Aurelio should be used much more. Babel should be moved on and Ecclestone just couldn't handle the pressure nor could get into the game.

I think McAteer has as well, was also one of the few ex-players to stick up for Rafa too.

Missed the last 10 minutes, fell asleep.  Absolutely awful game.  Utrecht were so poor, and we offered virtually nothing.  Dire performance.

Glad I didn't watch. Most dull match thread ever which says alot about the game. I think that getting out of the relegation zone was the worst possible thing for LFC. I'd sacrifice short term results (ie. Finish outside top 20) as long as Hodgson was to be fired. Needs to happen. ASAP.

That was as painful as a urinary tract infection....Oh i'm so glad i never went...deciding on better instinct to stay at home than watch that PITY FULL, MEANINGLESS, WORTHLESS excuse of a performance and game....

Get rid now of this group stage bull S**t,it's pathetic,How dare Liverpool or any club expect fans to turn up and pay for games like this....Let's get back to the good old straight knock out system....And then we could avoid nights like tonight,i'd rather go down 3:4 on agg than watch that S***e...

Boring as F**k, players that stood out for me: Kelly(motm)
                                                                    Wilson
                                                                    Aurelio
Pacheco and Shelvey were half decent, not as good as the 3 above, which is probably the reason we got the clean sheet.
