I REALLY cannot believe how bloody awful so many of our players can be at one time. It's not on and I don't think I'm overreacting in saying most of our youth players could do a better job. There is so many players that NEED to be shipped off. It's not an option. These men who we pay to see week in week out are damaging the club excessively.

Naaa...a good team will not be built in 2 or 3 training sessions mate.

There's something in there.  The approach in the last two games has been so much more positive.  We need to start keeping the ball more and not be in so much of a rush to carve out openings.  It will be worked on I have no doubt.

I still feel so much more positive than this time last week.

We need a centre midfielder who can tackle and break up play
