Official Forum Banner Idea Thread

I just heard a great idea on another forum how about everyone on the forum chips in a couple of quid towards the design of a flag or banner that could be held proudly in the Kop on behalf of the forum.

I wouldn't be the best at designing,but i'm sure there are loads of people on here that would be more than able to come up with a catchy phrase and do a decent mock up cough cough Magillionaire 

We could set a target like £150 and when this target is reached let the banner go to print, everyone that donates could have their usernames in small writing at the bottom.

Imagine if we got a huge banner in the Kop before a game and all our fans from the far east to Australia that helped come up with the ideas/funding seeing it on the telly.It would make you feel even closer to the kop.

Just an idea i actually saw it on a Southampton forum while scouting Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain 

Seeing as someone has mentioned Banners, you're all aware it's a flag and banner day on Sunday.

Get them all out and let's make it a red hot atmosphere on Sunday!

Maybe if we had a minimum donation (say maybe a tenner or so) for people to have their user name printed on it and all funds raised could go to one of the charities helping the flood victims in Brazil and Australia?

Hardly going to use an Irish flag now..A big red banner with a plain white 7 underneath..

"The Second Coming" underneath or something along them lines

Once it's done every username on the banner should be put in this forum, just to show that their name is on it!

what would the emphasis be on? the forum or a particular player/manager??

Why not a massive banner with some of our playing legends i.e Barnes Kenny Sami Stevie Carra the list goes on & on

And underneath we could have written "In great company" something like that would look mint

Not too keen on forum usernames going on a LFC banner to be honest.  Seems a bit, erm gay?  Unless of course it's in a shade of red small in the corner.

I'll have a think over the weekend and see if my brain engages.
