Sky reporting he's not going on tour and the two clubs in Advanced talks!!!.
      Ffs just sort it out.

I think them being in advanced talks is "sorting it out".

Echo - His exit from Anfield is imminent, with a deal of £45m plus another £5m in add-ons possibly enough to get it done.

Hope we never get to see that £5m in add ons.

Really glad he will be sold! Total disrespect to all fans and club. Greedy player who is no where near end product. And City will pay over 45m for him.HAHAHAHAHAH. Madness really.

Was just thinking that even in today's market I don't think he is ever a 45m+ player.

      From bluemoon -

Aguero, Bony, Sterling would be the most fearsome trio of forwards after Barca's MSN

As long as we get a huge wad of cash, OK.

I still say Sterling comes into that City side and is a starter.

Haha there aren't even any words to respond to that with.

Looking forward to seeing Sterling vs Flanno. There will only be one winner and it won't be Sterling.

QPR getting 20%, so we'll end up with £35m. Not too shabby, and with the players we signed in Clyne, Milner & Firmino, it isn't as bad losing Sterling. Hopefully, we can now push on to buy a striker & defensive midfielder which should improve us immensely... well, depending on who we buy that is :p

I too think Sterling will be a starter, but I still think he's best deployed centrally and would be wasted as a winger.

I still remember the Agger vs Torres game :D

Made my day that this little p**ck will soon be an ex liverpool player.

When I think of the stick Michael Owen and torres got for leaving liverpool ... it will be interesting to see the reaction sterling gets. He took a 2 week holiday in january ... then a 5 month performance holiday and has basically urinated on our club in everyway possible for the last few months.

I hope skrtel goes straight through him and breaks both his legs.

The only thing dampening todays joy is the thought of us chucking it all on another average player in benteke.

When you spend almost 35m on a striker you would expect that he would be world class and proven at the highest level. Benteke is neither of those things and he is injury prone as well.

We wasted last summers wedge on average players ... i see the st**ling wedge being wasted too :-(  ...

So they rate Bony/sterling  better strikers than Dzeko

At last , This saga of Raheem  is nearing the END
and to add to that we don't have to  deal with his pr*ck agent anymore , that's  city' s problem now
Now lets go for a real good striker & DM

The sooner he's gone the better for me, as long as we stick to our guns and get the maximum possible. I don't wish him ill, but I certainly don't wish him luck!
Our Club will be so much better without the Pantomine that comes with Sterling! I hope City can deal with it, not!

People are happy with selling Sterling to a direct rival when the money is going to Benteke anyway, I'd rather we kept in reserve than selling him to them. Good luck Sterling despite being a pr**k but we have manners here in Liverpool and we aren't Real Madrid fans.

      1. We don't have 45+ million just laying around to be able to waste it.
      2. How does putting Raheem Sterling in the Reserves help us achieve our goal of trophies.
      3. Why would you want a player that is now an obvious cancer at the club around the likes of IBE and the other squad members.
      4. Why would we want to see his agent and Raheem every week on Sky and others talking about this and constantly distracting the club.

This talk about putting him in the Reserves for a couple of years to let him rot is some kind of pie in the sky disciplinary lesson that might of worked 50 years ago but I doubt very much after the lawyers at the FPA got ahold of it that is would stick. He is a cancer now at best and should be jettisoned so the club and can be focusing on what it should which is winning trophies.

Sell him and tell Can to do a Danny Agger on his scrawny ass next time he is trying to run down the touchline.
