they continued on with the game knowing they had fu**ed up. All I can say Stockley park must have some good porn site to distract them judging by the amount of cock ups they cause

The game was better without VAR...More accurate, less accurate?...I couldn't give a toss...it was a better all round experience. Ditch it.

Also, I am F***ing SICK of hearing this whole 'Once the games continued they can't bring it back' bullshit...

Who remembers the day a Man Utd game literally ended, the full time whistle was blown, and VAR decided the start the game back up to give United a penalty? Yeah because I F***ing do! So they better stop with that bullshit excuse!

And now for what you should have said during the rant, because it was covered in this thread at the time.

That incident happened during the last move of the half before the final whistle was blown, before a handball check was done. Hence why the incident could be reviewed and the original decision could be changed. It was not an error, the laws allowed for that to happen at the time, and still do today.

Accuracy is important. In fact, the lack of accuracy is the biggest issue at the weekend.

VAR is not going to be ditched no matter how often you bawl for it, and you've been told that multiple times before. As seen by the response to the goal not awarded, nobody likes injustice, and the errors made about the goal at the weekend, on and off the pitch, were a painful bone chilling reminder of what football before VAR looked like, proving again exactly why I want it, and why we need it now.

Var is a joke and needs removing from the game. They just implemented it with pretty much zero trials and no tried and tested system. They're just winging it in a multi billion quid industry and going round saying 'we made a mistake'

It needs removing and back to the drawing board and made to work properly and all the officials having to pass var training before its brought back. It doesn't work ... its not just the people using it who are corrupt and incompetent, the who var system is. It doesn't work

Fella, in a funny kind of a way I admire your consistent defence of a broken system with regards to VAR. And it is all about opinions, here is my opinion you are a buffoon of the highest order.

Compare VAR to rugby TMO and cricket DRS.

Absolutely miles apart and it's awful that football with all its riches has done such a botched job at getting technology into the game.

Anthony Taylor and his var team fvking up in champions leagues 2 blatant penalties should’ve been awarded to Porto against Barcelona. maybe Barcelona still handing over the black briefcases to the refs

Mike Dean is on Sky in a few hours. Safe to say he'll need the two week break he'll get, after the grilling from all the players he used to referee, and who spent their entire careers trying to con him at every opportunity. Be just like the old days.

Instead, he should come to the battle armed with this...
