Also, I am F***ing SICK of hearing this whole 'Once the games continued they can't bring it back' bullshit...
Who remembers the day a Man Utd game literally ended, the full time whistle was blown, and VAR decided the start the game back up to give United a penalty? Yeah because I F***ing do! So they better stop with that bullshit excuse!
And now for what you should have said during the rant, because it was covered in this thread at the time.
That incident happened during the last move of the half before the final whistle was blown, before a handball check was done. Hence why the incident could be reviewed and the original decision could be changed. It was not an error, the laws allowed for that to happen at the time, and still do today.
The game was better without VAR...More accurate, less accurate?...I couldn't give a toss...it was a better all round experience. Ditch it.
Accuracy is important. In fact, the lack of accuracy is the biggest issue at the weekend.
VAR is not going to be ditched no matter how often you bawl for it, and you've been told that multiple times before. As seen by the response to the goal not awarded, nobody likes injustice, and the errors made about the goal at the weekend, on and off the pitch, were a painful bone chilling reminder of what football before VAR looked like, proving again exactly why I want it, and why we need it now.
