Perhaps it's all just a case of Brendan having confidence in the ability of players regardless of age, and them same players believing they are good enough because the manager shows he has faith in them. Man management isnt it. If you're good enough etc etc. There wasn't a manager born who could get a player to believe he was the best on the planet, better than Shanks. Perhaps Brendans taken a leaf from his book, coupled with his own philosophy of keep the ball, and attack at pace. That performance was terrific tonight, lets hope we can keep it going.
