Arbeloa Back Against 'Boro

Alvaro Arbeloa returns to the heart of the Reds defence for this afternoon's Premier League clash at home to Middlesbrough. 
The Spaniard, who has not featured since the 2-2 draw with Aston Villa last month, replaces the suspended Jamie Carragher alongside Sami Hyypia.
 
The defender's return is the only change Rafael Benitez has made from the side that clinched a memorable triumph over Inter Milan on Tuesday.
 
The Liverpool team in full: Reina, Finnan, Aurelio, Arbeloa, Hyypia, Mascherano, Gerrard, Babel, Lucas, Kuyt, Torres. Subs: Martin, Skrtel, Crouch, Riise, Benayoun. 


Good to see rafa sticking with the same side (bar carra). Should win this match, hoping Arbeloa has a great game at CB.

im very glad to see rafa finally sitcking to same starting 11.(apart from carra) i think this formation would be good for the rest of the season. i also agree that lucas was great against inter.

Im not a fan of two holding midfileders ( sh*t, city score 2-2 againsit arsenal) at home against lower table oposition.
but that said,  in rafa I trust.
It wouldnt be the first time i was puzzeled by rafas selection, only to see the reds dominate.
