That game was not good for my stress levels, but absolutely buzzing after that. Can was my motm again, beast of a player. Good to see Lovren coming back and putting in a good shift, and I might just forgive Balo if he does that more often.

Have to say peach of a ball from Lallana (after excellent play from Ibe - another great display) for the winner. We deserved that, their second goal was lucky, not a foul from Gerrard and offside for Kane.

I might just apologise tp the neighbours for screaming the building down for the qinner. Get in lads.

Ps: Owen can f### right off the anti-LFC little gobby b1tch

Hopefully Sterling learns that this team isn't all about him, Liverpool comes first.

Sign the new contract already, or off you go.

Who do you pick? Can or Ibe?

I have to go with Emre. He is one blessed young man. Built like a tank, looks like a god and plays like a F***ing machine.

That was a massive 3 points. Great resilience and bounce-back-ability.

Made up for Mario. He's been downright poor for most of his games with us, but he showed a real good nose for goal. And wonderful work by Lallana on the assist. Great footballer.

Also, special mention to Lovren! He looked much more assured in the back 3, which was great to see.

It was pretty disappointing to concede two soft goals that enabled Tottenham to equalize twice. But other that, big big win for us! Gotta take these 3 points with gusto.

I'll tell you that was utterly f**king superb. One of the most high quality matches I've ever seen us involved in. Credit to Tottenham as well for their contribution to a great match - I was thinking constantly throughout that match 'this is as good a Tottenham team as I've ever seen'. So to beat them and their excellence tonight (genuinely) with not a bad performance on the pitch is supreme sweetness of the most beautiful kind!

I love it when a plan comes together and no doubt Brendan was thinking just that. That was genius management from him tonight, selecting and timing his subs to utter perfection. Deserves to be serenaded home tonight for his management tonight. A f**king fantastic manager who we are very lucky to have.

I'm seriously falling in love with Can and I like girls!!........the way the dynamic of the game changed with him stepping into midfield almost like a young Gerrard stepping up and taking control. German engineering at its finest.

Great game of football and a crucial gal to get the win.

Emre Can once again was excellent.

I now know why Bayern were so keen to try and get Emre Can back. £10m - our best signing of the summer IMO.

Phew! Absolutely cracking game, so happy to come away with the win. What a little star we have in Ibe, ran all night, probably still running now!
All you round solid performance from the lads against the team that's beaten Arsenal and Chelsea.
