Since Kyrgiakos has come in to the team our defence has looked much better.  He's even making Skrtel, who was having a rough patch, look a lot more confident.

Meanwhile Carragher today is getting hammered down the right wing by Elmander.

When Johnson comes back, I fear that Carra's first team slot 'should' be in doubt. But no doubt Rafa will stick by him and disrupt what is turning in to a decent defensive pairing.
